History

1994 - Creation of the company

The history of the Law Firm "CLIFF" dates back to 1994. Then a small company was created in Moscow, providing "standard legal services" for small and medium-sized businesses: registration of firms, sale of finished companies, licensing of activities. Every year the company grew, the number of employees of the company increased, the range of services provided expanded. So, in 1998, the company opened directions for registering the issue of securities and licensing companies participating in the securities market. In 2000, a civil law department was formed, and a department of foreign law was created. In 2001, the Department of Audit and Accounting began its work.

2002

In 2002, Law Tax International Solutions (UK) Ltd. was established in London, representing the interests of CLIFF Law Firm in the UK.

2004

In 2004, the company began providing services related to real estate operations.

2005

In November 2005, ICF Legal Service (ICF Legal Service) was established in Kyiv, representing the interests of CLIFF Law Firm in Ukraine. In 2005, CLIFF Law Firm was included in the list of 100 largest consulting companies in Russia based on the results of the RA Expert ratings and the Money Magazine.

2006

In 2006, the CLIFF Law Firm opened the direction of foreign real estate, and also developed a fundamentally new Firma4You service for the Russian market - registration of legal entities via the Internet.

2008

Cliff Law Firm was included in the Legal500 Directory and joined the international World Link for Law Association.

2013

Today, the company brings together more than 60 highly professional lawyers specializing in various fields of law. The company provides a wide range of services, including comprehensive legal services for organizations.

An office has been opened in St. Petersburg.
