2024: Net income cut of 2.4 to ₽6,9 billion
The net profit of the Rostselmash combine plant in 2024 decreased 2.4 times and amounted to ₽6,9 billion. Such data follow from the financial statements of the enterprise, published in early April 2025. Also during the reporting period, the company recorded a decrease in revenue by 20.7%, which at the end of the year amounted to ₽78,3 billion.
According to RBC, according to the published financial statements, the cost of production decreased by 10.1% - to ₽65,5 billion, and gross profit fell by 2 times and amounted to ₽12,8 billion. Profit from sales showed the most dramatic decline - 6.6 times, reaching only ₽1,9 billion, and profit before tax decreased 2.3 times - up to ₽9,2 billion.
Financial statements also show a 1.7-fold decrease in other company revenues - up to ₽10,7 billion, while other expenses were halved - up to ₽5,3 billion. Commercial expenses of Rostselmash decreased by 1.3 times and amounted to ₽9,2 billion, and managerial, on the contrary, increased by 18.5% - to ₽1,7 billion.
At the end of 2024, the company's accounts payable reached ₽10,9 billion, which is significantly lower than the 2023 figure of ₽15,1 billion. At the same time, receivables increased from ₽12,2 billion to ₽15,8 billion, which may indicate difficulties in paying for the supplied equipment from buyers.
The decline in financial indicators correlates with a decrease in production volumes, which was reported in January 2025 by the co-owner of Rostselmash Konstantin Babkin. According to him, the production of agricultural machinery decreased in 2024 by 30%, reaching the minimum level over the past 10 years.
