ComfortWay enters the market of Australia

The ComfortWay company concluded strategic partnership with the Australian company Ezyroam about promotion and distribution of the flagship product of CwSim in Australia.

Within partnership the flagship product of SIM-karta company without roaming and a binding to any one mobile operator will extend the partner in model white label. The model means release by the partner of the branded SIM-karta and use of the "native" application for control of the card. CwSim price in Avstsraliya will be $49.99, and the scale of charges remains to the general that will allow subscribers from Australia or to the coming tourists to estimate all advantages of connection to local operators and the available ComfortWay rates on a travel.

MVNE TapMobile One

At the beginning of a year the company selected the direction which was engaged in development of platform solutions in separate division. Such division will help the company to be focused on different market segments and not to lose advantage in a communication segment without roaming which only arises. Now the company is going to sell solutions for virtual operators and corporate clients under the TapMobile One brand.

2016

ComfortWay announced receiving a grant of 5 million rubles from Skolkovo Foundation

The grant was received on development of functionality and opportunities of a technology platform of ComfortWay RSP Platform company. The platform integrates mobile operators, users and partner the Internet services and gives the chance to the user in one click to replace the operator. In the platform the open standard of loading of a profile of the operator in the SIM card developed by the company "by air" is implemented (Remote SIM provisioning).

Based on the platform in August, 2016 the company started CwSim sales – the SIM card which is not attached to some one mobile operator. CwSim works in 140 countries of the world on the rates close to local, and provides access for users to the Internet without roaming.

In the short term the company – in partnership with other players of the mobile market – is going to complement access to the mobile Internet with a possibility of a voice call and sending the SMS. CwSim is focused on travelers and is an alternative to tourist and local SIM cards and also roaming proposals of home mobile operators. The SIM card from ComfortWay is installed in any wearable device with the slot for the SIM card and is controlled through the application for the smartphone

ComfortWay attracted 6 million euros investments

ComfortWay in February, 2016 announced closing of the first round of investments into the project "Virtual Sim Card". Investments in the amount of 6 million euros were carried out by the European telecom companies and private investors with assistance of Investment service of Skolkovo Foundation.

2013: The tourist router for trips to the European Union countries

In 2013 the company released the first-ever tourist router for trips to the European Union countries. Comfortway developed a product line for Internet access and communication in roaming:
