2018: Purchase of the producer of telecommunication equipment Arris for $7.4 billion

In November, 2018 CommScope announced acquisition of the producer of telecommunication equipment Arris for $7.4 billion. 2015: Purchase of division of Broadband Network Solutions from TE Connectivity

At the end of 2015 the CommScope corporation purchased division of Broadband Network Solutions (BNS) of TE Connectivity company, and together with it and the AMP Netconnect brand specializing in production of SCS. ICL-KPO of AF of the first of current partners of AMP Netconnect in Russia underwent the procedure of recertification and received the updated partner certificate of CommScope.

In addition to division of BNS of TE Connectivity company, production capacities, research centers and regional offices of sales of the equipment of SCS AMP Netconnect were a part of CommScope corporation. At the same time, as report in Commscope, the AMP Netconnect trademark remains also supplies of equipment of AMP Netconnect, well-known to the Russian customers, will proceed.
