2021: Attracting $1.5 million of investments
At the end of October 2021, the Ukrainian company Competia announced the attraction of $1.5 million in investments from the Flyer One Ventures fund and US angel investors, as well as Kirat Ananda, head of pricing strategy for the American supermarket chain Walmart and part-time new strategic consultant Competia.
Competera intends to use the funds received to enter the American market, as well as to accelerate business growth in general. What time the company was estimated according to the results of the financing round is not reported. The company only said that by the end of 2022 they expect to reach an estimate of $100 million.

The Competitive cloud platform helps retailers set and maintain optimal prices in their retail chains. With Competia, customers get a ready-made tool to manage and adjust prices at the commodity category level and increase gross profit by up to 9%, the company said.
It is noted that the recommendations on regular prices and discounts offered by the platform are based on brand perception, consumer demand and individual business rules of the retailer, they are formed on the basis of the structure of demand, the mutual influence of goods and more than 20 other factors.
By the end of October 2021, Competera has more than 100 customers among retailers around the world.[1]
