2023: Andrey Kozitsyn bought out the company

Andrei Kozitsyn became the owner of 100% of the company "Confidence," which specializes in investments in authorized capital and venture capital investment. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) on October 24, 2023.

As Interfax reports with reference to this register, Confident LLC was registered on September 19, 2023 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma (Sverdlovsk Region). The general director of the company is Sergey Ratmanov.

After Andrei Kozitsyn left the post of general director of UMMC in July 2023, the businessman received a number of companies at full or partial disposal, the news agency recalls. So, in March 2023, he became a co-owner of the Chelyabinsk LLC Dominat, which is engaged in the development of gravel and sand pits (he owns 70% of the company's authorized capital).

The entrepreneur also became the owner of 51% of the authorized capital of the real estate management company Alliance LLC and increased to 95.5% the share in Agro-Aktiv LLC, which is engaged in the production, processing and sale of agricultural products.

In June 2023, Andrei Kozitsyn co-founded the company in the ready-made food segment - Correct Lunch LLC, he owns 50% of the authorized capital. He also owns 90% of another legal entity in the field of catering - Healthy Food Factory LLC. And in August 2023, the businessman became the owner of Hotel Complex LLC, which manages hotels in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, previously it belonged to Uralelektromedi. Finally, at the end of July 2023, Kozitsyn became the owner of 55% of the authorized capital of Dialog-with LLC, which is engaged in rental and real estate management. The financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.^[1]
