In the middle of November, 2020 Acronis announced acquisition of CyberLynx at the price which it did not begin to call. Other terms of transaction of the company also decided to leave in a secret.

Having absorbed CyberLynx, Acronis expects to expand possibilities of the products and services, having covered such areas as IT security audit, penetration tests of computer systems and networks, computer technical expertize after cyber attacks, etc.
