Service Line Upgrade
The Russian representative office of CyberPower on October 24, 2022 announced the strengthening of its focus on the development of its own service direction. Now CyberPower Equipment Service Support is built on the basis of a network of authorized service centers, which helps to achieve good regional availability as soon as possible. Service centers are differentiated depending on the training completed and the mandatory certification of employees. This practice will remain unchanged, however, control over the level of service expertise provided will be strengthened, the requirements for annual confirmation of the high level of qualification of engineers will be introduced and expanded. The system will smoothly move to a more hybrid operation scheme, where the most important facilities will be maintained under the direct supervision of regular Service specialists and representative office experts.

Growth of turnover in Russia by more than 20% in dollar terms
On March 12, 2019, CyberPower announced that at the end of 2018, total turnover growth was more than 20% in dollar terms.
According to IT Research for Q4 2018, the company holds the first place in this segment of the Russian UPS market with a share of 22.8%. Without ceasing to pay attention to linear-interactive uninterruptible power supply devices, CyberPower strengthened its position in the professional equipment segment in 2018.
According to the company, the segment of junior online UPS with a capacity of up to 3000 VA, represented by rack UPS of double conversion with output voltage in the form of a pure sinusoid, grew faster than others in the company's product portfolio during 2018. In 2018, compared to 2017, the supply of such models increased by more than 50% in quantitative and dollar terms.
At the same time, almost half, 49%, of sales of junior online UPS CyberPower fall on two models - OLS1500ERT2U and OLS3000ERT2U, the demand for which is due to a combination of the functionality necessary to protect critical objects and an adequate price. Added to the attractiveness of these rack UPS and the proprietary program for extending the warranty period to 5 years, announced at the end of 2018 and turned out to be extremely timely for many customers.

In total, growth in the SMART-UPS segment for 2018 also exceeded 50% in quantitative terms.
CyberPower also showed growth in the supply of heavy three-phase equipment, which amounted to just over 40% in quantitative terms.
Competence Center in Russia
On October 3, 2018, CyberPower announced the opening of a competence center based on its Russian representative office. According to the company, the equipment of the center allows you to get acquainted with almost the full range of solutions and products of the company. The center is designed for existing and potential partners and customers of the company, for specialists of various profiles - from merchants to engineers in three-phase equipment.
The purpose of its creation is to solve a wide range of problems, for example:
- Demonstration of the company's products and solutions, including on individual requests;
- Testing of equipment to solve specific client requests;
- Testing and adaptation; software
- Testing and support of pilot products;
- Providing the customer with the possibility of remote access to the configured system in order to get acquainted with software products and solutions of the company at the practical level, to "try on" them for the tasks of their business;
- Training of specialists in three areas: commercial, product, technical.
The CyberPower Competence Center provides an opportunity to get acquainted with technologies and solutions for choosing the most effective solution that is optimally suitable for current business tasks. Training programs based on the center have already become regular. There is also training of engineers with subsequent certification for commissioning and maintenance of equipment.
2016: CyberPower Systems opens UPS warehouse in Russia
CyberPower Systems Inc., a manufacturer of UPS, announced in the fall of 2016 the opening of a warehouse in the Russian Federation.
In order to strengthen the position of CyberPower Systems Inc. in the Russian market, a direct distribution agreement was signed with Superwave Group, a supplier of high-tech equipment to the Russian market.
"Under the terms of the agreement, a full range of single-phase UPS will be available from the distributor's warehouse to meet any user's needs for protecting network equipment, peripherals, office and home PCs, workstations and servers," said CyberPower Systems Inc. in Russia and the CIS Pereverzev Alexander.
