The project was implemented within the framework of an agreement with regional authorities, signed in 2022 at an exhibition in Yekaterinburg. The volume of investments in the construction of the complex amounted to ₽180 million. In 2023, the company completed the construction of a small-tonnage gas liquefaction plant with a capacity of 5 thousand tons per year with the possibility of increasing to 70 thousand tons.

In St. Petersburg in 2023, the DBB group of companies signed a second agreement with the Rostov region. Until 2028, the company plans to invest ₽1,2 billion in projects in the region.

According to the agency, the DBB group of companies, founded in August 2022, specializes in the production, consumption, storage and transfer of energy. The owners of the company are Andrey Dubovskov with a share of 51%, Alexander Bazvanov - 22.05% and Ivan Bukhonin - 26.95%.

The Company already has experience in operating a multi-fuel automobile filling station in the city of Shakhty, Rostov Region, as well as automobile gas filling compressor stations and electric charging stations in other regions of Russia.

Commissioning works are carried out at the commissioned cryoprobe stations. It is planned to reach the design capacity after determining a sufficient level of sales of liquefied natural gas.[1]
