2020: Creation
At the beginning of February, 2020 the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine announced creation of the separate IT company through which it intends to implement the projects.
As noted in department, earlier during creation of the projects, including mobile application and service of the state services "Дія", Mintsifra addressed third-party IT contractors. As a result the decision to create home company was made.
Staff of DIIA Company, including project managers and groups and also application developers for operating systems iOS and Android, held on February 3, 2020 the first briefing at which the main tasks of the company were defined:
- in one year to digitize top administrative services;
- in five years to create a uniform resource for receiving all state services in the smartphone of each Ukrainian.
As emphasized in Mintsifr, thanks to the command will provide the necessary speed of creation of electronic services for a main goal of Mintsifra — till 2024 to reach 100 percent availability of public services to citizens and business in the online mode.
Also is declared that enrollment in the new company of the ministry continues.

Creation of own IT company became a part of strategy for Mintsifra expense optimization. In January, 2020 the head of departments Mikhail Fedorov announced about 1.4 billion UAH of means of the state budget economy. The politician noted that it was succeeded to save means for the account: stops of inefficient IT purchases (38.1 million UAH), equipment procurement optimization (102.7 million UAH), a stop of purchases of servers and excess licenses for the Public criminal and executive service (125.9 million UAH) and a stop of purchases at the inflated price of a medical information system of GU "Center of Health Protection" (115.7 million UAH).[1]
