2019: Basis of the system group "Data matrix"

On July 5, 2019 it became known that in St. Petersburg the system group "Data matrix" which part representatives of the city authorities and business were was based. The purpose of work of group – formation of organizational model of work with data which will form the basis of digital transformation of the region.

"Data matrix" was created in response to emergence of a joint request on collecting, processing and data management from society, the city authorities and business. It is created for improvement of mechanisms of decision making and rendering services and also creation of competitive advantages of St. Petersburg.

Dannoyeobjedineniye will promote transparency and approval of process of management of data, gradation on electronic document management and also to implementing solutions on the basis of Big Data. According to its participants, in the future state bodies and business should bear responsibility for quality of data, maintain the culture of treatment of information and exchange it in real time. The system group is going to improve a market model of data of St. Petersburg and to start pilot points of entry in an ecosystem for consolidation of work of business and the city authorities.

Artyom Moshkov, the founder and the chairman of the board of directors of Netrika company became the leader of the system group "Data matrix".

In the city there is a big request for data from inhabitants, business and the power. However the uniform scenario on competent development of a system of their exchange still was not created. For implementation of this purpose we integrated all to construct St. Petersburg of the future. The market model of data of the region was provided during start of a city digital accelerator on Foresight-kemp, the city project on consolidation of city and professional communities. Foresight-kempa opening of the first City digital accelerator for the purpose of system start in St. Petersburg of the entrepreneurial and social projects aimed at the development of the region, its digitalization and increase in level and quality of life of citizens became the main result of work.
