2025: Construction of the resort for 42 billion rubles

The volume of investments in the construction of the Deguakskaya Polyana multifunctional tourist and recreational park in the mountainous part of the Republic of Adygea will exceed 42 billion rubles. This was announced at the end of March 2025 by the head of the region Murat Kumpilov.

Park "Deguakskaya Polyana" is expected to become the hallmark of the republic. It will be an ethnoaul where tourists can comfortably fit and immerse themselves in the national flavor. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to build Adyghe courtyards, places for a fair and souvenirs, craft workshops, cafes with national cuisine, a tourist information center. The construction of engineering communications and the Dakhovskaya - Deguak glade highway with bridges across the Belaya River and the Deguako River is being carried out.

Mass events with an ethnocultural component will be held on the territory of the resort. In particular, the festival of Adyghe cheese can be transferred to the "Deguak glade." It is planned to create bicycle paths. The possibility of forming a kind of open-air museum is also being discussed, which will preserve the dolmens and mounds discovered on the territory of the clearing.

This promising recreational site will lead to an increase in the flow of tourists, an increase in investment investments and the emergence of new workplaces. At the same time, all the artifacts found will remain in Adygea, we will transfer them to museums. And we will try to preserve megaliths as much as possible at the detection site in order to recreate the picture of the past, "says Kumpilov.

The volume of investments in the infrastructure of Deguak Polyana within the framework of the individual program of socio-economic development until 2030 will amount to 825 million rubles. In addition, the regional authorities intend to attract more than 1.2 billion rubles of extrabudgetary investments.[1]
