Demir Bank

The Demir Banka branch network is provided from four branches and four savings banks in the city of Bishkek, two branches in the city of Osh and one branch in the city of Zhalal-Abad.

Shareholders

The major shareholder Demir Banka - mister Halit Dzhyngyllyoglu. Its interests in the financial sphere in Turkey, the Netherlands, Germany, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition to the current activity it got invaluable work experience in a banking system, the broker agencies, leasing, factoring and insurance companies.

International Finance Corporation (IFC).

The international financial institution entering into structure of the World Bank. The organization headquarters in Washington (USA). The strategy of IFC in the Kyrgyz Republic supplements efforts of the World Bank on private sector development, promoting growth of the small and medium enterprises, development of the financial sector and also investment into financial institutions, the real sector, the mining industry and agrarian business. Gain of the private sector in developing countries is conducted for the purpose of reduction of poverty and improvement of living conditions of people. Members of IFC are 182 countries which are collectively defining the policy of IFC and approving the credits. Capital stock of $2.4 billion.

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)

The international financial institution founded in 1991. Finances projects in 29 countries from Central Europe to Central Asia, investing the capital in those enterprises of the private sector which requirements cannot be fully satisfied due to the market. The bank promotes development of an entrepreneurship and transition to democracy and market economy.
