The branch network of Demir Bank is represented by four branches and four savings banks in Bishkek, two branches in Osh and one branch in Zhalal-Abad.

Shareholders

The main shareholder of Demir Bank is Mr. Khalit Jyngyllyoglu. His financial interests in Turkey, the Netherlands, Germany, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition to his current activities, he has gained invaluable experience in the banking system, brokerage agencies, leasing, factoring and insurance companies.


International Finance Corporation (IFC).

International Financial Institute, part of the World Bank. Headquarters of the organization in Washington (USA). The IFC strategy in the Kyrgyz Republic complements the efforts of the World Bank to develop the private sector, promoting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, the development of the financial sector, as well as investing in financial institutions, the real sector, mining and agricultural business. The strengthening of the private sector in developing countries is carried out in order to reduce poverty and improve the living conditions of people. IFC members are 182 countries that collectively define IFC policies and approve loans. Equity of $2.4 billion


European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)

International Financial Organization, founded in 1991. It finances projects in 29 countries from Central Europe to Central Asia, investing in those private sector enterprises whose needs cannot be fully met at the expense of the market. The Bank promotes entrepreneurship and the transition to democracy and a market economy.
