Activities of the Department of Construction Policy

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Voronezh Region dated December 31, 2014 No. 1241 "On the Approval of the Regulation on the Department of Construction Policy of the Voronezh Region," the department is the executive body of state power of the Voronezh Region, ensuring the development and implementation of the state policy of the Voronezh Region in the field of construction and construction industry of the Voronezh Region^[1].

Reorganization into Department of Construction Policy

According to the data of December 8, 2014, by decree of Governor Alexei Gordeev, the regional Department of Architecture and Construction Policy of the region was renamed the Department of Construction Policy. The reorganization was carried out by allocating the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Voronezh Region, which became the successor to the reorganized department for architectural and urban planning in terms of territorial planning, urban planning, territory planning, architectural and construction design, monitoring compliance with the legislation on urban planning activities^[2].

2008: Activities of the Department of Architecture and Construction Policy of the Voronezh Region

Decree of the Administration of the Voronezh Region dated December 18, 2008 No. 1109 "On the Approval of the Regulation on the Department of Architecture and Construction Policy of the Voronezh Region" (Decree of the Administration of the Voronezh Region dated February 16, 2007 No. 113 was declared invalid) the department was the executive body of state power of the Voronezh region, providing on the territory of the Voronezh region the development and implementation of state policy of the Voronezh region in the areas of construction and construction industry of the Voronezh region, architecture and urban planning, and was also the executive body of state power of the Voronezh region, authorized for administrative-territorial structure^[3].

2007: Activities of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Voronezh Region

On the basis of the Decree of the Administration of the Voronezh Region "On the Approval of the Regulation on the Management of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Voronezh Region" dated February 16, 2007 No. 113 (Decree of the Administration of the Voronezh Region dated July 15, 2005 No. 626 was declared invalid) the management was the executive body of state power of the Voronezh region, providing on the territory of the Voronezh region the development and implementation of the state policy of the Voronezh region in the field of architecture and urban planning, the executive body of state power of the Voronezh region, authorized for administrative-territorial structure^[4].

2005: Activities of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Voronezh Region

On the basis of the Decree of the Administration of the Voronezh Region "On the Approval of the Regulation on the Management of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Voronezh Region" dated July 15, 2005 No. 626, the administration was the executive body of state power of the Voronezh Region authorized to carry out state administration in the field of architecture and urban planning^[5].
