2013: Activities of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Voronezh Region

In accordance with Resolution Governments of the Voronezh region No. 1133 of December 23, 2013 "On Approval of the Regulations on the Department of Labor and Employment" population Voronezh region(Decree of the regional government Voronezh of June 8, 2009 No. 474 was declared invalid) the department is the executive authority state of the Voronezh region, providing on the territory of the Voronezh region the development and implementation of state policy in the fields of labor, social partnership, living standards and incomes, wages, demographics, development of labor resources, labor protection, state examination of working conditions, promotion of employment of the population, exercising the powers of the authorized body to determine the need to attract foreign workers, arriving RUSSIAN FEDERATION in on the basis of a visa, in accordance with the rules established by the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body, to assist the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad in the Voronezh region, to establish a minimum number of special jobs for the employment of persons with disabilities and to participate in the organization of alternative civil service in the Voronezh region, including coordination of the activities of the executive bodies of state power of the Voronezh region to organize an alternative civil service in the Voronezh region, as well as the authority transferred to the Russian Federation to make social payments to citizens,^[1] the Voronezh Region, recognized^[1] established procedure^[1] unemployed^[1]

2009: Activities of the Employment Department of the Voronezh Region

On the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Voronezh Region dated June 8, 2009 No. 474 "On the Approval of the Regulation on the Management of Employment of the Population of the Voronezh Region," the department was the executive body of state power of the Voronezh Region, ensuring the implementation of state policy in the field of promoting employment in the Voronezh region, exercising the authority to organize and coordinate work to determine the need to attract foreign workers and prepare proposals on the amount of quotas for foreign citizens to carry out labor activities in the Russian Federation, to assist the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad in the Voronezh region, to establish a minimum number of special jobs for the employment of persons with disabilities and to participate in the organization of alternative civil service in the Voronezh region, as well as the authority transferred to the Russian Federation to make social payments to citizens,^[2] Region, recognized in accordance with the established procedure^[2] unemployed].
