The department of construction and architecture of the Ivanovo region is the central executive body of the government of the Ivanovo region pursuing uniform state policy in spheres of construction, town planning, architecture, architectural and construction design, state examination of the project documentation and state examination of results of engineering researches in the territory of the Ivanovo region and exercising cross-industry control and coordination of interaction of the central executive bodies of the government and their territorial authorities, state bodies of the Ivanovo region, public institutions of the Ivanovo region, the state unitary enterprises of the Ivanovo region in the specified spheres, functional regulation in the specified spheres.
