Department of economic development of the Bryansk region

The department of economic development of the Bryansk region is the executive body of the government implementing the state social and economic policy in the Bryansk region, defining the directions of development of economy of area.

The department performs the activity directly and in interaction with federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the Bryansk region, local government authorities, public associations and other organizations.

The main objectives of department are:

• Development of strategy and programs of social and economic development of the Bryansk region.
• Formation and implementation of the regional policy directed to increase in social and economic development of the Bryansk region, assistance to formation of the market relations and to development of market infrastructure.
• Development and implementation of the measures of organizational, financial, economic and legal character providing implementation of regional policy in the field of economy.
• Coordination of the foreign economic, interregional economic relations and border cooperation.
• Formation and implementation of regional investment policy.
• Formation and implementation of regional policy in the field of development of business activity.
• Development of organizational and methodical bases of implementation of administrative reform.
