Russian video game publisher Astrum Entertainment bought Deuskraftdev, which is a Russian legal entity of mobile game developer Deus Craft, known for the Grand Hotel Mania project. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in January 2024.

According to Kommersant, previously the owner of Deuskraftdev was the Cypriot DCGamePub Ltd. The press service of Astrum confirmed to the publication the fact of the conclusion of the deal and explained that it was concluded as part of the departure of My.Games from the Russian market. Vitaly Kazunov, editor-in-chief of the iXBT.games portal, in a conversation with Businessman"," suggested that the transition of Deuskraftdev to Astrum could be prerequisites for creating two versions of Deus Craft: for Russia and for. Europe According to this principle, Astrum in November 2023 released the game Xtract, based on the developments of the game Hawked from My.Games. The same model works with the games "World of Tanks" and World of Tanks, owned by different legal entities (Lesta Games and left RUSSIAN FEDERATION and). RB Wargaming

In 2023, Deus Craft ceased public activities in Russia, including interaction with the player community. Experts interviewed by the publication believe that the Russian market is still important for the studio, allowing the division of its projects into domestic and international.

The founder of Kanobu, Haji Makhtiev, says that Deus Craft products show "the best results" in India and Brazil, but the Russian market also brings significant revenue. If the deal leads to the resumption of the studio's public activities in the Russian Federation, it and Astrum will have to re-build feedback with local players, "community management is needed for almost all games, at least in order to deal with payments, complaints and reviews in app stores," the expert added.[1]
