2022: Tesla begins selling cyber star for Dogecoin
Dogecoin, a cryptocurrency with a meme by Shib Inu, founded in 2013, rose sharply on January 14, 2022 after Elon Musk said that it could be used to buy Tesla goods.
Over the past 24 hours, Doge has grown by 15%.
Musk, who often supports Dogecoin on social networks, has been hinting at this step for some time. In addition, numerous messages in recent days indicated that the source code on the Tesla website includes an option for payments to Dogecoin.
DOGE price jumps often occur after statements by Tesla CEO Elon Musk. In one of the statements, the businessman admitted his readiness to accept this coin as payment for brand merchandise, and most recently suggested that Tesla would not be limited to this. Previously, a well-known entrepreneur has repeatedly supported cryptocurrency meme in his Twitter account, and also announced the advantages of Dogecoin over many other cryptocurrencies.
On 2022, Dogecoin is the most popular meme coin.
