2023: Blago Group bought DonMasloProduct

By October 2023, DonMasloProduct owns two production sites - Rostov-on-Don and the village. Vesel. In Vesely, the company has a plant for the acceptance, storage and processing of sunflower seeds with a capacity of up to 180 thousand tons per year. In Rostov-on-Don, the company owns a plant for refining and deodorization of vegetable oils and packaging in polymer containers. The company can produce up to 72 thousand tons of products per year. According to the portal "заводы.рф," JSC "DonMasloProduct" is one of the largest producers of packaged sunflower oil in the Rostov region.

"Blago" bought Rostov "DonMasloProduct"

In 2022/2023, the agricultural year was processed 139 thousand tons, 57.5 thousand tons of sunflower oil were produced. The products were sold mainly for export - to Turkey and China.

The location of production facilities allows, on the one hand, to efficiently load them with raw materials - the Rostov region is one of the leading sunflower producers, and on the other, to carry out effective logistics for export through the ports of the Azov-Black Sea basin, - said Dmitry Fosman, general director of Blago Group of Companies.

The production facilities of DonMasloProduct JSC were leased by Blago Group of Companies in September 2023. The operating activities of the sites after the sale of assets of the Rostov company are integrated into the ecosystem of the new owner.

Blago Group of Companies is a vertically integrated holding, which by October 2023 owns seven plants for the production of vegetable oil.^[1]
