Terroir
Features of the Dry Mountain winery terroir: 15 km from the Black Sea, peak of Mount Sukhoy (160 meters above sea level) A mild climate, the Great Caucasus Range protects it from the influence of the sea, salt, excessive heat, reflection, and also covers it from continental air. Unique soils with a thin fertile layer, under which lies the occurrence of limestones, sandstone with a large content of carbonate and clay. Limestone allows you to get aromatic and fresh wines, and clay - accumulates and retains moisture, which protects against possible drought. High planting density (The distance between bushes is only 1 m, and between rows is 1.5 m).
