History

1945: Creation of the company

The enterprise is founded in 1945. Based on the masterful metalwork making gas-holders, tanks, anti-tank "hedgehogs", farms for railway bridges the independent Igumnovsky metalwork plant was formed. During this period the release of gas-holders, the different chemical equipment extends. There is a mechanization of welding works, widely are implemented automatic welding under a gumboil layer, control of seams by raying by X-rays is introduced. The new body is under construction, the production base extends, technology process is improved. In 1947 the first recognition of labor merits of collective comes – to the plant the passing Red Banner of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and Narkomata is handed to the industry.

1956

In 1956 the plant is renamed into the Igumnovsky mechanical-repair plant. The product range changed. The plant begins to manufacture electrobridge, gantry, tower cranes and spare parts to them, heavy trailers trailers with a loading capacity up to 40 tons, concrete placers. At this time technology and design departments, department of supply are created, the automobile economy is organized.

1960

In 1960 the plant is renamed again and from now on is called the Dzerzhinsk plant of chemical mechanical engineering. Such renaming is connected with further specialization of the enterprise on production of the chemical equipment providing further development of chemical industry. During this period the plant develops and releases the columned devices, heat exchangers, vacuum filters mixing devices. Since 1960 production of the chemical equipment for export begins. The plant begins to be under construction, expand production areas, the new body is entered.

For the purpose of advanced training additional technical training of workers and employees is provided. Technology processes are improved, social infrastructure of the plant (a table, medical sanitary part, summer camp, a camp site, children's plants) extends.

1971

On January 21, 1971 - for high rates in work, for early task performance of the 8th five-years period on release of the chemical equipment the Dzerzhinsk plant "Himmash" is awarded the order the Labour Red Banner.

1978

Since January 1, 1978 there is first issue of the factory newspaper "Himmashevets" which is successfully issued and today.

1992

In December, 1992 - the Dzerzhinskkhimmash Public joint stock company is founded. JSC Dzerzhinskkhimmash remains one of the largest enterprises specializing in release of the equipment for the chemical, oil-processing, oil-extracting industry also today. This columned equipment, rotor film evaporators, devices with stirring devices, heat exchangers, tanks, containers tanks, boilers, ball valves, filters, the stamped bottoms and many other things.

The equipment of deep oil refining, devices with a mechanical stirring device, the columned equipment, devices capacity, the heat-exchanging equipment, hydroclones, settlers and thickeners, rotor film evaporators is made for other industries; spare parts to the chemical equipment, hose cyclonic filters, ball valves, containers tanks, containers for transportation and storage of liquefied gases, boilers for railway tank cars, the granulyatsionny equipment, stampings of the bottoms elliptic, metalwork welded, metal flying buildings for overpasses through roads, face seals.

Possibilities of the enterprise allow to make not only serial, but also the equipment on individual projects, the custom-made, exclusive equipment. For this purpose at the disposal of JSC Dzerzhinskkhimmash there is complete potential and scientific engineering production.

Among regular customers of Dzerzhinskkhimmash there are such giants of the chemical, petrochemical industry as JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, JSC Ufaorgsintez, JSC Yaroslavnefteorgsintez, JSC Norsi, Omsk, Ryazan, Samara Refinery, the RJSC Gazprom enterprises.

The enterprise has come effective contacts with the leading research institutes, laboratories and experts of Russia and the CIS countries.

2006

In October, 2006 - JSC Dzerzhinskkhimmash was a part of Generation Industrial group - the largest producer and the supplier of the heat power, oil and gas, drilling and petrochemical equipment in Russia, the countries of the FSU and beyond.

The industrial group is formed as a result of consolidation of producers - leaders:

• Uralkotlomash Ltd (Mr. Berezovsky of Sverdlovsk region);
• JSC Neftemash (Syzran of the Samara region);
• JSC Bulanashsky Machine-building Plant (item Bulanash, Sverdlovsk region);
• JSC Monastyrishchensky Machine-building Plant (Ukraine);
• SA UPET (Mr. Tyrgovishte, Romania);
• ROSEKOFAKEL LLC (Syzran of the Samara region);
• JSC Dzerzhinskkhimmash (Dzerzhinsk of the Nizhny Novgorod Region)

Large research and design institutes of Russia are a part of industrial group: "SIBNIINP" Tyumen; "Scientific and technological center" Saratov; Uralniigiprozem Yekaterinburg.
