2024: Ex-CEO of Vladimir Mikhailovskaya sentenced to 3 years in prison for embezzlement of 1.8 billion rubles

On September 24, 2024, the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow found the former chairman of the board of Jast Bank LLC Vladimir Mikhailovskaya guilty of embezzlement of funds from this credit institution in the amount of 1.8 billion rubles. 2020: Ex-owner of the bank Lenur Islyamov sentenced in absentia to 19 years in prison

In December 2020, a Russian court found the former owner of Just Bank Lenur Islyamov guilty of organizing the energy blockade of Crimea and sentenced him in absentia to 19 years in prison. On November 20-22, 2015, Islyamov initiated the undermining of the supports of four power lines in the Kherson region, which supplied electricity to the Crimea. The blockade damaged the Crimean economy at 2.5 billion rubles.

2016: Bank declared bankrupt

Just Bank was declared bankrupt in 2016, and the DIA filed a lawsuit against Islyamov for 1.7 billion rubles for the withdrawal of assets through the issuance of loans to one-day companies.
