EAMON International

The microcredit deposit institution "EAMON INTERNATIONAL" began the activity in 1999 when the national association of business women of Tajikistan (NABWT) together with the Body of mercy initiated the program for microfinance of women and inhabitants of rural areas. In 2005, after adoption of law on microfinancial institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan, founders made the decision on creation of non-profit organization of the IMON (Institute of Microfinance Organized NADZhT) Fund and transfer of all work on support of an entrepreneurship in Tajikistan to it. Founders of Fund created the new commercial Microloan organization "EAMON INTERNATIONAL" which began the operating activities on July 1, 2008. Conversion to commercial structure gave the chance to bring into the organization of the private foreign investor and a great number of foreign partners. In 12 years the company performed over 280,000 loan transactions, issued loans for the total amount more than 68 million US dollars.
