2019: DXC Technology purchased EG A/S

At the end of January, 2019 DXC Technology announced EG A/S purchase, having continued by that series of absorption. The financial component of the transaction of the party was decided not to be opened.

In the press release it is said that the division of EG A/S specializing in integration of solutions Infor M3 and SAP, will join structures DXC Technology which are responsible for promotion of products Eclipse and SAP.

At the time of the announcement of transaction DXC Eclipse is a golden partner Microsoft at the global level and has examination in the field of local and cloud solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP CRM business processes, analytics and technologies of joint work.

The chairman of the board of directors, the president and the CEO DXC Mike Lawrie says that merger of EG will strengthen leadership of DXC as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system integrator.

It also represents considerable investment for Scandinavia's DXC which is considered one of the most capable digital technologies of regions to development in the world, said in Laurie's statement.

This transaction is not the first acquisition at DXC Technology which appeared as a result of a company merger of CSC and corporate division of HP of Enterprise Services. In November, 2018 two large partners of TESM and BusinessNow were purchased, and at the beginning of January of the 2019th it was announced merger of Luxoft for $2 billion^[1]
