The Austrian company European Privatization & Investment Corporation EPIC is created in 1989, specializes in investment consultations and development of privatization strategy in Russia, Turkey, the CIS countries, Central and Southeast Europe. In Ukraine the company owns the EPIC Services Ukraine enterprise (the former Rbscom) rendering services to mobile operators. Before EPIC was also a shareholder of the Kinto company which was engaged in asset management of public funds.
