The structure of the company includes departments: · Sales (implementation of cars); · Service (sale of spare parts, warranty and post-warranty service of cars); · Accounting.

Storage and processing of databases of goods, services, partners and calculations were conducted by different departments of the company using the different programs not united in the general system. Information exchange between divisions was organized using paper carriers that created need of duplication of data entry and their analysis. The efficiency and reliability of data analysis at such scheme of work were low.
