2025: Construction Begins
The Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region issued LLC "Management Company" Electronic Technology Park "permission to build a technopark of the electronic industry on Nartova Street in Nizhny Novgorod. The permit was issued before the end of 2026. This was announced in June 2025 by the project office of the Development Strategy of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The industrial technopark "Electronic Technology Park" was included in the register. Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia The inclusion of the technopark in the federal register provides an opportunity to apply for federal and regional support measures.
InThe investor plans to receive funding from the federal and regional budgets for three years. An application for state support in the amount of ₽1,2 billion is under consideration. The project for the construction of the technopark received a positive expert opinion in October 2024.
The management company of the technopark has entered into an agreement with the manufacturer of NPO ERKON JSC, which operates in the field of the electronic industry. A contract was also signed with Artak, a company specializing in the sale of products in the field of electronics. Further replenishment of the list of residents is expected.
The total area of the technopark according to the project should be 36 thousand square meters. m. The facility will specialize in the development and production of modern electronic products for industrial electronics, telecommunications, intelligent power and unmanned vehicles.
On the basis of the technopark, it is planned to create a specialized educational center with the status of a higher educational institution. This will ensure the training of personnel for enterprises of the electronic industry directly on the territory of the technopark.
Technopark "Electronic Technology Park" will become the second specialized object in the field of electronic industry in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Earlier in the region there is already an industrial technopark "Volga," which also specializes in the electronic industry.[1]
