1998
The company enters an era of the satellite Internet. Same year the company completes the works on GKS unrolled on the Republic. Wide practical experience of our employees always played a role of the driving mechanism, allowing to develop and implement Elkat socially important projects. In 2002 the acquired experience of employees allows to implement the project (creation of the State automated system of vote of Shayloo state automated system and creation of a computer network). Same year meeting market demands, the company proposes a new solution of the organization of the last mile for ADSL, so-called broadband Internet access. Successful work on these and many other projects provided to the company considerable intellectual personnel potential. Our company put many forces and means in development of the telecommunication sphere of Kyrgyzstan and was repeatedly mentioned by gold medals of the international Kyrgyzekspo trade fair - "For development of the Internet in Kyrgyzstan".
1997
The company successfully masters and begins to provide data transmission channels on radio to air, the Manas airport becomes the first clients on a radio channel. Then Elkat showed a video conference session between a technical node and exhibition complex in the Arena of sports institute.
1996
The company begins to provide Internet access under the ip protocol.
