On February 24, 2026, the Enem industrial park, located in the Takhtamukai district of Adygea, received accreditation from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. This was stated by the head of the republic Murat Kumpilov. The amount of financing for the park reached 4 billion rubles.

According to Kumpilov, investing in the project was carried out within the framework of three programs at the expense of the federal and regional budgets. The total area of ​ ​ the industrial zone being created will be 200 hectares. The park already has transport and engineering infrastructure facilities. Also erected an administrative building and an industrial building with an area of ​ ​ 4.6 thousand square meters. m.

The first industrial park "Enem" opened in Adygea for 4 billion rubles

Accreditation provides the park management company with access to state support measures, in particular, to mechanisms for reimbursement of costs for the construction and modernization of infrastructure. For residents of the park, according to the head of the region, an exemption from property tax for a period of seven years is provided.

Enem residents are six companies. The total amount of investments in their projects exceeds 4.5 billion rubles. Among the projects being implemented, Kumpilov singled out the April engineering center, specializing in the production of gas wall boilers.

Also, enterprises for the production of polymer containers, shoes from ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), dietary supplements and sports nutrition, household ventilation systems, as well as chocolate products are developing at the site. Two large logistics centers are being built on the territory of the park, the total investment in which is estimated at 13 billion rubles.

In accordance with the plans of the regional authorities, in the long term, up to 50 business entities will be located on the industrial park site. It is expected that this will allow attracting about 55 billion rubles of investments to the regional economy and create more than 8 thousand workplaces[1] and Trade[2]
