The Bank of Russia since January 25, 2019 revoked the license for implementation of banking activity from  credit institution commercial bank "Evrokapital-alliance. According to data of the reporting, on  the value of assets  on 1/1/2019 the credit institution took the 322nd place in  a banking system of the Russian Federation.

The Bank of Russia repeatedly (8  times  within the last 12  months) applied  to  LLC CB Evrokapital-alliance of a measure.

"In  activity  of LLC CB Evrokapital-alliance signs of unfair actions of the guide to  an output of quick assets with  damage to the interests of creditors and  investors were traced. Information on  the operations performed by bank having signs of commission of penal acts is sent by the Bank of Russia to  law enforcement agencies" — reports the regulator.

 In the circumstances the Bank of Russia made the decision on  a response at   LLC CB Evrokapital-alliance  of a license for banking operations.

The decision of the Bank of Russia is made  in connection with  non-execution by credit institution of the federal laws regulating banking activity  and also regulations of the Bank of Russia, considering repeated application  within one year of the measures provided by the Federal  law "O Central bank Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)".
