Architectural workshop "Evgeny Gerasimov and Partners". The main activity of the company founded in 1991 in St. Petersburg is design of elite housing and public buildings. In the company more than 90 people work: generally it is architects and designers. Work is conducted on all project stages – beginning from the idea of the building, and finishing with designer's service, i.e. ensuring compliance of technological, architectural and stylistic, construction and other technical solutions and indicators of the object put into operation to the solutions and indicators provided in the project documentation approved by the customer. Among the last most significant projects of a workshop there are Embankment of Europe, the administrative and business complex "Nevsky Town Hall", Expoforum exhibition complex in Shushary, an office and business complex on Small Okhta with the central building of St. Petersburg Bank LLC, the residential area in Kudrovo. Among the most known implemented projects of a workshop there is a hotel at Ostrovsky Square, apartment houses on Staro-Nevsky Avenue, residential complexes on Krestovsky and Stone islands - "The fifth element", Stella Mâris, "The house by the sea" (together with Sergey Choban), "The green island" and others.
