2025: Perspektiva Sports Development Center LLC bought Yevpatoriya Seaport from the Crimean authorities for ₽193 million

Moscow LLC "Center for the Development of Sports" Perspektiva "was recognized as the winner of the auction for the privatization of 100% of the shares of JSC" Evpatoria Seaport "for ₽192,9 million. This became known in mid-December 2025.

According to Interfax, the property was sold at the initial auction price. The winner of the auction offered this exact amount. The organizers did not disclose the total number of participants in the auction. All shares of the port were sold in a single lot. Applications for participation were accepted from November 15, 2025.

Moscow "Perspective" acquired Evpatoria port for 193 million rubles

The real estate of the port is located on three land plots with an area of ​ ​ 6.4 hectares. The total area of ​ ​ real estate is 8.7 thousand square meters. m. The facilities include non-residential buildings, a workshop and storage facilities. The company employs nine employees.

LLC "Center for the Development of Sports" Perspektiva "was registered in 2021 in Moscow. The main activity of the company is the activity of sports facilities. The owner of a 100% stake in the authorized capital of the company is the general director of the company Oksana Gusakova.

In early July 2025, the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of Crimea already put up the Evpatoria seaport for auction at a starting price of ₽192,9 million. Then the Yalta Marine was sold at the same time. The auction on the Evpatoria seaport was canceled on behalf of the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov.

Bidding for the sale of the Yalta Seaport in July 2025 ended successfully. 100% of the shares of Yalta Seaport JSC were acquired by Black Sea Development LLC, registered in Moscow and owned by the Angage closed mutual investment fund. The company paid the initial auction price - ₽1,5 billion.

At the end of 2024, the Crimean government, by its order, withdrew the Yalta and Yevpatoriya seaports from the Crimean seaports state unitary enterprise. GUP became the founder of new joint-stock companies - JSC "Yalta Seaport" and JSC "Evpatoria Seaport." This reorganization preceded the privatization of the facilities.[1]
