Investment of 3.57 billion rubles in the production of communication system equipment

At the end of June 2023, the Expert Council for Technical and Innovative Special Economic Zones under the Government of the Moscow Region approved the projects of two companies, which in two years on the right-bank site of the SEZ "Dubna" intend to build their own scientific and production complexes and begin production of high-tech products. In particular, we are talking about the company "FAB Dawn."

He invests 3.57 billion rubles in the creation of a modern plant for the production of equipment for communication systems and subscriber systems. For the construction of an object with an area of ​ ​ 32,000 square meters. m of the company allocated a land plot of 6 hectares. The commissioning of its first stage (13,000 sq. M) is scheduled for 2025. It is assumed that more than 300 jobs will be created at the FAB Dawn enterprise.

Scientific and production complexes will be built on the right-bank site of the SEZ "Dubna"

The main activity of the company is declared "Production of spacecraft (including satellites), launch vehicles," and as additional:

• production of information protection tools, as well as information and telecommunication systems protected using information protection tools;
• production of aircraft, including space vehicles, and related equipment
• computer software development
• activities related to the use of computer technology and information technology.

The founder of FAB Rassvet is Bureau 1440 LLC (part of the ICS Holding IT group), which in early July 2023 launched three Rassvet-1 mission communications spacecraft of its own design and production into orbit. The Bureau 1440 company (formerly Megafon 1440) was founded in November 2020 with the aim of creating a domestic aerospace developer and operator of a low-orbit satellite constellation providing a broadband service with global coverage.^[1]
