Performance indicators

2024: Annual revenue growth of 6% to ₽58 billion

The annual revenue of FES retail, which manages RE, Cropp, Mohito and other brands, reached ₽58 billion in 2024. This is 6% more compared to the financial results of 2023. According to information disclosed by the retailer in early April 2025, net profit under RAS amounted to ₽223 million.

FES retail revenue excluding VAT reached ₽49 billion. The company's gross profit in 2024 amounted to ₽23 billion. The growth in financial indicators occurred despite the fact that the retailer trades exclusively through its own network of offline stores and has not yet been represented in the online segment.

Clothing chain owner Cropp and RE boost annual revenue to $ ₽58 billion

The company was able to maintain business stability in the context of currency volatility and high cost of lending. FES retail continues to work to create new collections, improve the product, and streamline operational processes.

As part of the development strategy for 2025, FES retail plans to enter marketplaces. This step is aimed at maintaining sales volumes and business growth rates, as well as ensuring wider availability of the company's brand products for customers throughout Russia.

FES retail presents in Russia five fashion brands of the mass market segment:

  • RE (formerly Reserved).
  • INS (formerly Sinsay).
  • CR (Cropp).
  • XC (House).
  • MO (Mohito).

The company operates its own network of more than 500 retail stores in Russia. All these outlets operate in offline format, which makes the achieved financial results especially significant in the context of the growing popularity of online trading.

Entering marketplaces will be an important strategic step for FES retail, which will allow the retailer to reach a new audience and increase its presence in regions where the chain's physical stores are not yet represented.[1]
