Federation of intellectual property

The federation is urged to provide observance of interests of the Russian owners and to combine efforts of professional community for problem solving, connected with development of the mechanism of collective management and optimization of the legislation in the field of protection of intellectual property.

Among the main objectives of FIS there is development of recommendations concerning work of societies on collective management, government relations and international associations in the field of intellectual property and also educational activity and holding the actions directed to informing the population on regulations of the current Russian legislation on copyright and related rights, increase in level of legal culture and social responsibility of domestic business structures.
