Launch of the program "Optimization and normalization of regulatory reference information"

On September 27, 2022, the Formula Group of Companies announced the launch of the program "Optimization and Normalization of Regulatory Reference Information (NSI)" for production enterprises and marketplaces.

This program allows companies to build a strong foundation for the correct automation of their business and the further implementation of the ERP system. During the works, the NSI is formed, normalized and updated, optimal nomenclature modeling is carried out, contradictory, erroneous and outdated data are eliminated, uniform standards for the name and classification of NSI objects are introduced, technological processes are worked out and recorded in NSI.

Among the results of the program "Optimization and normalization of NSI" are improving the quality of data at the enterprise and an effective NSI management system, optimizing inventory and procurement budget, reducing labor costs for working with the accounting system, speeding up business processes in warehouse and accounting, financial management and planning. For marketplaces, it becomes possible to successfully integrate with the site and the online store, the ability to maintain correct analytical reporting and improve the awareness of the company's management, increase the validity and efficiency of their decision-making.

Specialists of the Formula group of companies have developed special technologies for optimizing and normalizing NSI, provided for both production enterprises and marketplaces. For example, work technology for manufacturing companies consists of three stages:
