FORUS Bank Ltd ("Odds — Opportyuniti the Russian Bank" private company) is bank of financing of micro and small business. The founder of bank – Fund of support of a small entrepreneurship "ODDS" – non-bank microfinance institution of Russia. The central office Forus Banka is in Nizhny Novgorod.

2016

The Bank of Russia since December 19, 2016 revoked the licenses from four banks at once - the Moscow bank "Mir", Vologda Vologdabank, Krasnodar "The idea of bank" and the Nizhny Novgorod Forus of bank. As explained in the regulator, these credit institutions violated the current legislation and rules of the Central Bank. In particular, banks placed the means in low-quality assets and did not create adequate reserves. Nizhny Novgorod Forus bank inadequately estimated the loan portfolio and the assumed risks that led to loss of a considerable part of the capital.

2008

Since 2008 Forus Bank is included in structure of working interest owners of calculations of the BESP system (the system of bank electronic due payments). Inclusion in a system allows bank to transfer money almost instantly, increasing thereby efficiency of customer service.

2010

On August 4, 2010 Opportyuniti Albaniya ("Opportunity Albania" Sh.A.) there was the shareholder Forus Banka (acquired 85% of shares), and since October 26, 2010 Opportyuniti Albaniya 100% of the stocks Forus Banka belong. On April 11, 2011 the shareholder changed the name – from Opportyuniti Albaniya ("Opportunity Albania" Sh.A.) on "NOA".
