2020: Freezvon.ru launches phone number subscription

Freezvon.ru has been providing virtual mobile phone services since 2012. As of September 2012, Freezvon specialized in providing virtual telephony solutions to businesses and individuals. The company provides its own virtual PBX and numbers from 120 countries of the world for local and international calls. Customers value Freezvon for reliability and quality support.

In September 2020, virtual number provider Freezvon launched a large personal cabinet update that provides up to 18% off buying and renewing rooms with a 3, 6 or 12-month subscription. At the same time, discounts on long-term subscriptions apply. The discount size is affected by the country, number type, and subscription term.

How a long-term subscription works

The user selects the period for which the number is connected from the purchase menu. Freezvon.ru added three options to the purchase for 1 month: 3, 6 or 12 months (with a discount on the subscription fee for the subscription period). Your subscription is renewed until or at the time of expiration. The period for which the subscription is renewed is also selected by the user himself.

It is more profitable for customers to purchase a subscription for 12 months at once. At the same time, a discount of 12 to 18% is provided. For those who use the company's services for the first time, there is an option to purchase a number for 1 month and, after the first month of subscription has come to an end, extend the phone number for up to one year.

What is the benefit of the new update

What is the benefit of the new update:

  • reduces the cost of subscriber payment for the number;
  • Saves the e-mail box from subscriber reminders
  • the user chooses the term of the subscription during the purchase or after it.

Other Personal Account Changes

Freezvon has made the personal account interface more understandable.

1. The main page has improved navigation and added quick access buttons in 6 main sections:

  • SIP account settings;
  • Balance sheet status;
  • Virtual Number Settings;
  • Virtual PBX;
  • Additional telephone services;
  • Call statistics.

2. In the "My account" section, the balance is replenished, the statistics of calls and SMS, the history of replenishment and debits are checked, and a link to the "Tariffs" section is also located.

3. The "Services" section connects new virtual numbers, sends outgoing SMS, and also contains a description of additional services and connection instructions.

4. The "Settings" section allows you to check and change the forwarding settings for incoming calls, SMS and faxes, renew your phone number, familiarize yourself with the instructions for installing and using a SIP account, and also open your profile.

5. The Help section includes sending a support request, additional contacts, as well as links to frequently asked questions, illustrated instructions for registering SIP accounts, as well as a link to the website's home page.
