2019: A payment to employees for that they used smartphones less

At the beginning of November, 2019 the developer of the email application Front set the task to reduce usage time of the smartphone till 14 o'clock in a week for the employees. If the employee is able to adhere to such diagram the whole month, he in addition receives $200.

The cofounder and the CEO of Front Mathilde Collin noted that refused working applications several years ago. According to Collin, the management of a startup wishes that employees ceased to be distracted by notifications and focused on work and private life. Collin claims that new approach allowed it to distribute the time with higher quality. For example, she began to call mother from queue in grocery store instead of checking Twitter.
