The Dutch company Fysicon develops and makes the innovation medical devices and also the software in the field of health care, including stationary IT systems and monitoring systems of a cardiovascular system. The equipment Fysicon is used in hospitals and research institutes worldwide.

2018: Canon Medical Systems purchased Fysicon

On March 7, 2018 Canon Medical Systems announced acquisition of the Dutch producer of Fysicon medical equipment. Financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.

Now we will be able to develop jointly new technologies that will help both medical specialists, and patients worldwide.

Canon Medical said that it intends to release integrated hardware and the software integrating developments of Fysicon and own angiographic Canon Medical systems.
