GSR Energo Investment Group specializes in investments in the latest technologies for the development of urban infrastructure, in particular the production, supply and sale of thermal and electric energy, water supply and sanitation, the development of housing and communal services.

The company's portfolio has implemented projects, the volume of investments of which amounted to more than 10 billion rubles. among which to date the following projects have been implemented:

2014 - commissioning of a new PSU CHP with combined generation of electric and thermal energy 110 MW/77 Gcal/h, KIUM more than 80%. Simultaneous withdrawal of the old three boilers with a total capacity of 150 Gcal/h;

2017 - withdrawal of the old boiler CBS with a capacity of 70 Gcal/h;

2019 - commissioning of a new steam boiler with a capacity of 48 t/h steam. Output of old Block-CHPP-2 with thermal capacity of 322 Gcal/h and electric capacity of 20 MW;

2020 - Modernization of water heating boiler house VK-2 400 Gcal/h.
