2018: Claims from Energostroyservice and Teplograd

The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan is considering the claim of Energostroyservice from Kazan against the Ulyanovsk company Galen. The application was filed on February 10, 2023. The company demands to collect 2.3 million rubles. This became known on February 21, 2023.

The materials of the case on the claim have not been published. It is known that the application was accepted for production. The hearing is scheduled for April 5, 2023.

Energostroyservice LLC is engaged in the construction and installation of technological, electrical, plumbing equipment and air conditioning systems. Offers solutions and projects for construction, repair and electrification.

Another statement of claim dated February 10, 2023 against Galen LLC was filed by the Ulyanovsk company Teplograd. The amount of claims is 5.4 million rubles.

Teplograd LLC is engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings^[1]

2015: TÜV Rheinland Group has re-certified the quality management system "Galen" according to ISO 9001:2008

At the beginning of 2015, Galen was audited for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards . Galen is the only manufacturer of composite materials in Russia, the quality management system of which is certified by the largest international supplier of technical services TÜV Rheinland Group.

At the end of 2014, Galen re-certified the development, production and sale of composite products for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008. The effectiveness of the management system was tested on site by a competent team through a selective surveillance method.

The audit of Galen was carried out by the international concern TÜV Rheinland Group, founded in 1872. In Russia, the international concern is represented by a subsidiary of TUF International RUS LLC, which acted as the company's certification body. TÜV Rheinland Group is a leader in the international market for the provision of technical services, the main activity of which is the certification of management systems for compliance with ISO standards.

As a result of the verification audit, Galen issued a certificate confirming that the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 are properly supported and fulfilled. The first certificate of compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 was received by the company in 2008. Every year, Galen confirms the validity of the certificate through the successful passage of inspection audits.
