Garets Sp company. z o.o. received in the summer of 2013 the status of the exclusive representative of TrueConf company in Poland. The purpose of the agreement signed on May 30, 2013 is quality improvement of service and support of customers of products for TrueConf video conferencing from Poland.

Thanks to the reached agreement, the Polish customers and integrators will be able to purchase program systems of a video conferencing of TrueConf directly at the certified and qualified representative of TrueConf in Poland now — Garets Sp companies. z o.o. The distributor, in return, will provide to customers of solutions of TrueConf full technical support in Polish, localization of the products TrueConf, consultations and works on selection and implementation of the systems of a video conferencing and also will provide search and identification of potential end buyers and partners.

Based on testing of software solutions of different producers, specialists of Garets Sp. z o.o. stopped the choice on TrueConf, having noted that this cross-platform solution is easily integrated in the existing system of communications at the enterprise in only one working day, and thanks to support of SVC technology, need for acquisition of the expensive hardware server of multipoint video conferences (MCU) disappears.
