2015

On August 11, 2015 state registration of changes in constituent documents of Vologdaoblgaz Open joint stock company according to which the new name of the company – Joint-stock company Gazprom Gas Distribution Vologda (JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Vologda) came to the end.

2014

Since April 01, 2014 "JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution the branch in the Vologda region" functions as the uniform gas-distributing organization in the territory of the Vologda region. 8 repair operational services (ROS) – the Cherepovets, Vologda, Babayevo, Gryazovetsky, Totemsky, Sheksna, Veliky Ustyug and Sokolsky and also 10 repair and operational sections (ROS) – Mezhdurechensk, Vokhtogsky, Chagodoshchensky, Kaduysky, Kadnikovsky, Ust-Kubinsky, Verkhovazhsky, Krasavinsky, Tarnogsky and Nyuksensky are its part.

Since July 01, 2014 powers of sole executive body of JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution are delegated to Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC. The management of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC makes the decision on the termination by Gazprom Gas Distribution branch of JSC in the Vologda region of the productive activity.

Since September 1, 2014 productive activity on operation of gas distribution networks is transferred from "JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution branch in the Vologda region" to Vologdaoblgaz open joint stock company.

The solution of Board of Directors of 8/20/2014 Vlasov Sergey Mikhaylovich is elected the CEO of JSC Vologdaoblgaz (in combination with fulfillment of duties of the CEO of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Vologda LLC).

JSC Vologdaoblgaz is the specialized organization of gas economy of area with the big historical past which celebrated 55-year anniversary this year. Since September 1, 2014 8 repair operational services (ROS) – Cherepovets, Vologda, Babayevo, Gryazovetsky, Totemsky, Sheksna, Veliky Ustyug and Sokolsky and also 10 repair and operational sections – Mezhdurechensk, Vokhtogsky, Chagodoshchensky, Kaduysky, Kadnikovsky, Ust-Kubinsky, Verkhovazhsky, Krasavinsky, Tarnogsky and Nyuksensky were its part. Thus, in a zone of operational responsibility of JSC Vologdaoblgaz there were all municipal entities of area where there is a natural gas and also the cities of Vologda and Cherepovets.

The main objectives of JSC Vologdaoblgaz - ensuring steady gas supply of consumers with natural gas and reliable functioning of the systems of gas supply, ensuring safe operation of networks of gas distribution and gas consumption, development of a system of gas supply. Besides, JSC Vologdaoblgaz continues to perform functions of the customer on investment programs of gasification of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC and JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution in the territory of the area.

As the specialized organization of gas economy of JSC Vologdaoblgaz performs maintenance and repair of the intra house and intra room gas equipment (a MRO of VDGO (VKGO).

2005

The Gazprom Gas Distribution branch of JSC in the Vologda region is formed on April 1, 2005.

The main objective of Branch – the organization of works on uninterrupted and accident-free operation of gas distribution networks, ensuring technical condition of gas pipelines according to modern requirements of industrial security, increase in cost efficiency.

Now the gas-distributing system of Gazprom Gas Distribution branch of JSC in the Vologda region includes a distribution network about 4000 km long with a technology complex. It allows to provide gas supply more than 336 thousand apartments and households, 155 industrial enterprises, 1093 enterprises of the household sector. The total amount of transportation of gas is more than 5 billion cubic meters a year.

The branch performs operation of gas distribution networks and transportation of natural gas in all areas of the Vologda region where there is a natural gas.

1994

In 1994 in the conditions of market reforms the enterprise was transformed to Vologdaoblgaz joint-stock company.

1985

In 1985 the gas economy of area is brought by the decision of executive committee of the Vologda regional council of People's Deputies out of the structure of housing and public utilities of regional executive committee and subordinated to executive committee of regional council of People's Deputies.

The new production structure - regional production management on operation of gas economy of Vologdaoblgaz is founded.

1966

In 1966 it is transformed to regional production management on operation of gas economy at regional department of municipal services.

1959: Creation of the company

On January 27, 1959 the executive committee of the Vologda city council of deputies of workers made the decision on creation of a production site at Vodokanal trust to which amount of works was determined by installation of household installations on a liquefied gas and also conducting technical supervision, repair of the gas equipment and delivery of gas to consumers is entrusted. Thereby the foundation of gasification of the regional center was laid.

On March 19, 1959 the Vologda regional council of deputies of workers made the decision on the beginning of mass gasification of the Vologda region. In Vologda the office of gas supply at which the production site worked is created. Formation of states of gas economy began.

At first the staff of the Vologda gas economy consisted of 13 people, gas holiday volume to consumers in 1959 was 100 tons.

Then instead of office of gas supply in the regional center the production trust "Vologdagorgaz" was created.

"The Gazprom gas distribution Vologda" was headed by Yury Viktorovich Shakhbazov.
