2024: Berks bought Golder Online
On December 18, 2024, it became known that the Russian software developer and IT distributor Berks acquired the rival company Golder Online. There is no information on the value of the transaction as of the specified date.
Golder Online specializes in selling household appliances under the Vitek brand. The company was founded in 2012 by Andrey Derevyanchenko (creator of the Vitek brand) through Business Alliance LLC. The authorized capital of Golder Online is 10 thousand rubles, and Yegor Shkil is listed as the general director. The main activity is "retail trade, carried out directly using the information and communication network of the Internet." In addition, the company can deal in the sale of household electrical goods in specialized stores, various household utensils, knife products, dishes, glass and ceramic products, audio and video equipment, etc.
It is noted that earlier Derevyanchenko owned three trading companies - Golder-Electronics, Golder Online and Artes Soft. In July 2024, they all changed ownership: Golder-Electronics and Artes Soft, together with their brands Vitek, Rondell, Maxwell and Coolfort, were sold to the Merlion group, while Golder Online was re-registered with Yegor Shkil. After the implementation of the new transaction, 99% of Golder Online became the property of Berks, and 1% remained with Shkil.
Berks began operations in 2012 as a distributor of computer equipment. Among the areas of activity are the development of sites and software products, the supply of computer equipment and software, as well as consulting services, such as audit and comprehensive assessment of all business processes, optimization and management of the management system, search and development of new areas of business development.[1]
