The structure of agroholding includes JSC Dairy Company Zelyonaya dolina and Zelenaya Dolina Group LLC. In management there are 11 thousand hectares of the earth and 2,000 fodder cows.

In Yakovlevsky district, on the production site of JSC Dairy Company Zelyonaya dolina, construction of the new dairy Lily of the valley complex for the maintenance of KRS began.

2012 Lands on which the standard of farming was not at the high level were attached to agroholding. Before landowners of the company there was a difficult problem of receiving on these lands of a good harvest. During this period special attention is paid to quality of seed material, new approaches are applied: processing of seeds a growth factor together with microfertilizers. Enter into structure of agroholding: in March – Niva LLC, in October – Zelenaya dolina-Agro LLC, in December – JSC Belgorodskiye molochnye fermy. The number of tilled lands increases by 23 thousand hectares, a herd livestock – by 5 thousand heads.

2013 JSC Dairy Company Zelenaya dolina-2 is a part of Zelenaya Dolina Group. The area of the cultivated arable land increased by 6.5 thousand hectares. Among the actions allowing to save and increase a fertile layer of earth - transition to the differentiated crop rotations, increase in the areas of long-term herbs, implementation of sideralny and intermediate cultures, transition to technology of direct sowing, introduction of organic fertilizers and liming of sour soils. Such approach to conducting business activities promoted creation of trust among local population and interest in further development of the company.

2014 Inhabitants, owners of land shares, actively began to hand over the land shares in agroholding and at the beginning of a year in management of the company 11 thousand of the selskogokhozyaystvenny earth increased. In the spring of the enterprise of Green Valley company process 52,000 hectares of the earth and continue systematic work on a biologization of the lands. The livestock of herd totals 7600 fodder cows. For ensuring necessary capacities for processing and storage of grain and oil-bearing crops Zelenaya dolina Group started project implementation on construction of two zernosushilny complexes in the territory of the Belgorod region with the production volume capacity of 50 tons per hour and of storages of 20 thousand tons each, including 15,000 t of elevator storage and 5000 t – hangar. Also Dairy Company Zelenaya dolina-2 LLC was decided to carry out implementation of this project on production sites of the enterprises of Zelenaya dolina-Agro LLC (the village of Malakeevo of Veydelevsky district) (the village of Kupino of Shebekinsky district). Besides, in September, 2014 the company started implementation of one more project on construction of a modern dairy and commodity complex on 3960 fodder cows. This project is implemented on three production sites: two dairy and commodity farms on 1980 fodder cows everyone and a netelny complex of specialized contents on 4180 heads of young growth. Within the project acquisition of a highly productive livestock with a high genetic potential on productivity and reproduction is planned. For creation of the increased comfort of a livestock, increase in its performance and decrease in incidence the technology of contents on sand and the milking "Roundabout" hall will be applied
