2025: Sberbank's exit from capital
Sberbank Investments has ceased to be a co-owner of Grushevsky Gardens, specializing in the cultivation and sale of apples in Crimea. From May 5, 2025, its 5 percent share passed to the main owner of the enterprise - Kuzbass LLC "Garden-invest." She began to own 100% of the authorized capital of Grushevsky Gardens. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in May 2025. According to the representative of the bank, the exit is associated with the completion of the investment cycle.[1]
2024: Sber bought a stake in Grushevskie Sady
In November 2024, Sberbank's subsidiary, Sberbank Investments LLC, bought 5% in Grushevskie Sad LLC. This is evidenced by the data of the Kontur. Focus service, which TAdviser got acquainted with. Financial and other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Grushevskie Sady LLC is a horticultural enterprise implementing an investment project to lay a modern intensive apple orchard with subsequent storage and processing near the village of Grushevka in the city district of Sudak (Republic of Crimea).[2]
