2021: Finvizhn Holdings bought 20% of Hays Bank

On October 6, 2021, Finvizhn Holdings, owned by Artem Avetisyan, director of the New Business branch of the Strategic Initiative Agency, announced its investment in Hays Digital Bank. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed. It is only known that the investment holding acquired 20% of the bank.

The investment received fintech-startup intends to spend on the development and launch of new digital services for business, which, according to the founder of Hays LLC Kirill Paraska, will be more convenient compared to competing products. Despite the fact that Hays is a relatively young bank, it has very ambitious plans. For example, he wants to become a leader among fintech projects, leaving even the largest players behind, he stressed.

This is not the only project that Finvizhn Holdings has invested in. At the end of July 2021, the company announced investments in New Dispersed Materials, a manufacturer of equipment for the production of metal powders for 3D printing.

Artem Avetisyan previously spoke about the intentions of Finvizhn Holdings to invest in promising projects in his interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda. The holding plans to select about 100 such companies over 3-5 years and invest in the development of each from 50 million to 200 million rubles, he said.[1]
