Heatozyorsk cement works

JSC Heatozyorsk Cement Works is the enterprise in the Jewish Autonomous Region.

History

The plant is organized on August 29, 1949 - then brought the first rotary furnace into operation.

In 1974 the plant reached design capacity - 775 thousand tons of cement.

In 1989 reached the highest performance — 1 million 85 thousand tons of cement.

JSC Heatozyorsk Cement Works is focused on production of special and high-branded cements. The plant has own pits of raw materials located in close proximity to the enterprise, raw material stocks are almost not limited.

Transition under management of UK "Vostoktsement" allowed to invest considerable means in upgrade. In plans of management company expansion of production and construction of the New heatozyorsk cement works of 3500 t of clinker a day that will allow the plant to produce in addition 1,200 thousand tons of cement a year.

In 2009 the division — the Crushing and Sorting Complex (CSC), located near the settlement of Londoko was a part of JSC Heatozyorsk Cement Works. Initially limy Londokovsky plant developed huge volumes of lime for needs of the construction industry of the USSR.

As a part of division departments of a grinding, roasting of lime and a crushing and sorting complex work. Here different products are made:

• crushed stone for construction works;
• mineral powder for asphalt concrete mixes;
• crushed-stone-sand mixes;
• limestone powder;
• limestone powder for production of compound feeds;
• lime for construction works;
• calcareous krupka for fertilizing of an agricultural bird;
• crushed stone decorative (marble crumb);
• dolomite for the glass industry;
• dolomite crude metallurgical.
